Cancellation Policy
I know that life happens and plans sometimes need to shift, and I truly understand. To help keep things running smoothly for everyone, Kimberly Jones Esthetics kindly asks for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If an appointment is missed or canceled within 24 hours, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be applied. This helps honor the time set aside just for you and allows us to continue offering the best care to all our clients.
